A Hans Christian Anderson Hanukkah

I finally had time to finish my Hanukkah card set (a little belated, I realize) based on the lovely fairy tales of Hans Christian Anderson! Here are the five cards featured in the set, The Little Match Girl, The Little Mermaid, Thumbelina, The Ugly Duckling, and the Princess and the Pea.

Each of the cards presents the original story with a slight Hanukkah twist!

I’m currently selling full sets over at my Etsy shop for anyone interested in picking them up!

So the other day a friend of mine by the name of Elias Glasch sent me a message saying he had modeled a sketch I did about a year back. I was so blown away by it that I wanted to share it here and give a shout out. Here is a full turnaround of the model followed by the original sketch.

It's an absolute treat to see something you've done come
to life the way Elias has modeled it and so I'm hoping to be able to provide more content for him to breath life into in the future, starting with this handsome Buck.

Currently reading through some Hans Christian Anderson in preparation for my holiday card set and was inspired to do a piece based on the Snow Queen! Such wonderful imagery in classic fairly tales.

Braaains ~ err, zombie art!

These first two are a few pieces for the zombie project I've been working, currently, and affectionately called "Nuclear Family." The first is a collection of various sketches I've been working on with some color and the second is a set of "mom" designs I had been throwing around.

The last one is just a quick sketch I did to get away from the horde.

Some Concept Updates

This first piece is a revisiting of my Physalia, Jellyfish Princess designs. Although this project has gone on hold, it's still nice to revisit it!

This second set of pieces is for a new project I'm working on. It's still early in development but it revolves around a family of zombies! Look forward to more updates in the coming weeks!
